SVQ Comment Form

This form should be used to log any comments you wish to feed back to SQA about the content of any SVQ Units or Qualifications which are causing you concern. A separate form should be completed for each SVQ Unit or Qualification, and all completed forms should be sent to svq.product@sqa.org.uk.
