Assessment is the process of evaluating an individual’s attainment of knowledge, understanding and skills against defined standards. There are three essential forms of assessment: observation, product evaluation, questioning. Our qualifications are internally assessed by centres using either assessment tasks that they have devised themselves, or assessments that we have devised. These internal assessment decisions are externally verified by us.
