The Board of Management has a collective responsibility for ensuring that statutory functions and Scottish Government policies and priorities are being fulfilled and that the use of resources is appropriate and effective. The Board of Management members offer a range of expertise across the Scottish education and business sectors and are by Ministerial appointment.
